This policy explains which cookies we use on sensmoi.com, for what purposes and for how long, and how you can manage your preferences. It has been prepared on the basis of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, "KVKK") and the Guide on Cookie Practices of the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, Çerez Uygulamaları Hakkında Rehber, 2025).

1. What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files that are saved in your browser when you visit a website.

• Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
• Persistent cookies are kept for the stated period or until you delete them.
• First-party cookies are set through the sensmoi.com domain.
• Third-party cookies are set through another company's domain.

2. Which cookies do we use?

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies (no consent needed)

These cookies are strictly necessary for us to provide the service you have expressly requested, such as remembering your cookie preference and enabling login to the admin panel. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). These cookies cannot be switched off. If you block them in your browser, the site cannot remember your cookie preferences.

2.2 Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure and improve how the site is used. These cookies are set on the sensmoi.com domain, but the data collected is sent to Google. They therefore run only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). If you do not give consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

2.3 Marketing cookies (only with your consent)

We use the pixels of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok to measure the effect of our ads and to show relevant ads on these platforms to people who have visited our site. These cookies run only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).

If similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, are used on the site, they are also used according to the categories above and the same consent rules.

3. How do we obtain your consent, and how can you change it?

• On your first visit to the site, you see a cookie panel. The "Accept all", "Reject" and "Preferences" options in the panel are presented at the same size and with the same appearance.
• The analytics and marketing categories are switched off by default. Unless you expressly allow them, these cookies are not set and the related code is not loaded.
• If you choose "Reject", you can continue to use the site with all its functions. Use of the site is not made conditional on consenting to cookies.
• You can change your preference or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. The cookies concerned are deleted on the next page load and are not set again.
• We remember your preference for 12 months. At the end of this period, or when there is a significant change to this policy, we ask for your preference again.

4. Browser settings

Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the site may not remember your cookie preferences. You can manage your cookie preferences in the "Settings > Privacy" section of your browser.

5. Information about targeted advertising

• general interests and demographic characteristics that the platforms determine on the basis of your own account with them.

You can change or switch off these criteria in the following ways:

We do not show targeted advertising based on profiling to people we know, or should reasonably know, to be children.

6. Transfers abroad

Data collected through analytics and marketing cookies is transferred to the servers of Google, Meta and TikTok abroad. These transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9. The recipients, the countries and the legal basis for the transfer are explained in section 5 of our Data Protection Notice (KVKK).
